DataTrust RCM is Christopher Scott Benefield’s book project at www.datatrustrcm.com. This notice describes information associated with the book updates signup and contacting Chris.

Book updates

The signup form asks for your email address so you can receive DataTrust RCM book news and an announcement when the book becomes available to purchase. Jetpack, a service from Automattic, processes subscriptions, confirmation requests, and email delivery.

Jetpack may also process technical information associated with signup and email interactions, such as IP address, browser information, subscription status, and delivery or engagement information. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy and Jetpack’s Newsletter documentation for its data practices.

Your choices

Confirm your subscription using the email sent after signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in a subscription email. Unsubscribing stops future subscription emails; it is different from requesting deletion of information held by a service provider.

Contact and data requests

If you email Chris, your email address and the information you include are used to respond to your message. For questions about this site’s handling of your information or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact connect@chrisbenefield.com. Please do not submit patient information or other sensitive healthcare records.

Site services and external links

The site uses WordPress and Jetpack. Site hosting and these services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, browser details, and cookies for site operation and service functionality. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices.
